Sebastiani Vineyard

Sonoma, California - Completed in 2001 - $7,000,000

Our scope of work included the renovation and redesign of this historic winery. The process was started by a mandate from the City of Sonoma for a seismic upgrade for the orignal masony building and came to encompass a redesign of the exsiting buildings and addition of new structures.

The design included a tasting room, VIP tasting room, tour area, banquet facilities, retail sales, storage and offices. Our task was to integrate the influences of the Italian immigrant founders, the Spanish missionaries, the wine industry and three generations of a family business into a dynamic visitor experience.

In the Tasting Room an eighty foot long bar curves the length of the tasting room. The bar's counter top is concrete and the front is a limestone plaster. The room was heightened and brightened with valuted ceilings and custom light fixtures.
